The C34 is a class III road in Hertfordshire, linking the village of Braughing with the A120 at Horse Cross. The road is primarily single track, with no footway.
At the western end, the road is signed as 'Stortford Lane'. Some maps label the road as Horse Cross, which is the junction name at the eastern end. The Hertfordshire Council road list calls it Warren Lane, which may refer to the western end of the road which passes through a wood called the Warren.
