The C352 starts on the B3 in Bleary and runs in a south easterly direction. After crossing the C364 the road comes to a T junction and TOTSOs west. Soon the road quickly turns south towards the village of Lawrencetown where it meets the A50. On the way out of the village the road crosses the Upper Bann and then meanders its way southwards ending on the B10 at Ballyvarley.
