The C354 follows Perry Mead Road at Coley. Unfortunately, apart from the council, no-one seems to use the name Perry Mead Road in the vicinity. It appears to refer to the road from the C493 at Shrowle near East Harptree down to Coley, where it meets the C494, Coley Road, but this is not necessarily correct.
