For other roads numbered C37, see C37.
The C37 is a class III road which heads in a generally north westerly direction from Much Hadham. The southern part, linking Much Hadham to the outskirts of Standon is narrow and rural in feel, while the section through Standon High Street, and then between Standon and Puckeridge is suburban in feel with property frontages along the entire length.
The northern section between Standon and Fordham's Corner in Puckeridge is an early renumbering, when the A120 was diverted to meet the A10 south of Puckeridge.
