This article is about the Class III road numbered C38 maintained by Fife Council.

For other roads numbered C38, see C38.
The C38 starts on the A907 in Oakley, and heads south along Station Road, crossing the old railway line which is now a cycle track, and then turns right just beyond the church. The road runs west for about a mile before turning south again, and dropping down the hill to the A985. A dogleg to the left leads to the last, steep and narrow descent into Newmills and the B9037.
