The C38 is a short class III road in Hertford, Hertfordshire. It links the B1383 and A1060 and forms a useful link between the two roads as it crosses the railway line over a bridge - the only rural crossing between Bishop's Stortford and Harlow that is not a level crossing on a railway line operating near capacity during peak hours.
