The C425 is a very long class III route across east Fermanagh. Starting on the B515 in Brookeborough, the road winds its way to the east into the upland landscape. At The Cross the road briefly multiplexes with the C424 before continuing east. The road crosses the Coneen River before crossing the C451. From here the road begins to turn south eastwards as it descends back down into lowlands. After gradually swinging round into a southerly direction, the road reaches the village of Rosslea where it ends on the B36 not too far from the County Monaghan border.
