The C450 starts on the A37 on the southern edge of Whitchurch and heads south west along Norton Lane, then Maesknoll Lane to Norton Malreward. It then turns left onto Church Road as it passes through the village, meandering southwards to meet the B3130 at Stanton Drew. After a short dogleg to the west, the route resumes, following Bromley Road past the stone circle and through the straggling village before ending on the C449, Moorledge Road.
