|Route outline (key)|
The C507 is a fairly lengthy C road in west County Londonderry, transitioning from the outskirts of Derry city into calm upland countryside in its journey. The road starts on the A6 close to the edge of Drumahoe and heads east, passing through T junctions marking the southern ends of the C504 and the C506 as it does so. Soon the road reaches the B118 at Lettershendony. After resuming from a junction just to the north of here, the road climbs steeply up onto the west shoulder of Slievebuck and TOTSOs south. At Ervey Crossroads on the southern slopes of the hill the road continues ahead to the east and also off to the south. The route to the south returns to the A6 near Burntollet Wood while the route to the east follows the Burntollet River upstream on its northern bank. Eventually the road reaches its end on the B69 near Loughermore Bridge.
