C53 (Fife)

The C53 starts at the A907 / A823 roundabout near the centre of Dunfermline, and is initially one-way away from the main roads along Holyrood Place. Southbound traffic uses another street a little to the east, which meets the A907 at signals, although it is not clear if this is part of the C53 or not. Continuing northwards along Townhill Road, the route turns further north east at Kingseathill, to reach Townhill itself. The C53 follows Main Street and then Cairncubie Road, out of the urban area and after a couple of sharp bends, the route comes to an end on the B915 at Bowershall.
