The C563 is a road to the west of Lough Neagh spanning both County Londonderry and County Tyrone. Starting with the former, the route commences on the A29 in Moneymore and heads south, eventually reaching a T junction with the B73. At a TOTSO on the B73 just to the south, the C563 continues ahead. Soon the road crosses into County Tyrone just before crossing over Ballinderry River. The road ends at Kingsmill where it meets the B160.
