This article is about the Class III road numbered C605 maintained by DfI Roads. For other roads numbered C605, see C605.
The C605 number appears to apply to three entirely separate routes in north Tyrone. The first of these routes starts on the B536 at Koram and heads east before swinging round to the north. Eventually the road grinds to a halt at a T junction from which the route TOTSOs west. Soon afterwards the road TOTSOs first left then right as it maintains its westward direction of travel. The road ends on a TOTSO of the C604 just outside Strabane. The second route starts on the B536 at Meenagorp and heads north before terminating at a T junction with the U class Ballykeery Road. The third route starts on the B47 at Corrickbeg and heads north eastwards. After crossing the Glenelly River the road passes by Plumbridge and crosses the B536 to the west of the village, ending at its junction with the U class Meendamph Road.
