This article is about the Class III road numbered C633 maintained by DfI Roads. For other roads numbered C633, see C633.
The C633 forms an x-shaped pair of routes to the north of Ballygawley. The pair of routes briefly multiplex as they "skim" each other with the Ballygawley to Sixmilecross (S - NW) segment forming the through route and the Ballyreagh - Dunmisk (SE - N) segment turning on and off of the other segment at separate junctions. To the south the route comes to a crossroads from which it TOTSOs south (left), eventually leading to the village of Ballygawley. In Ballygawley the route splits as it meets the A5 both west and south of the village, at a roundabout in the latter's case. To the south east the route runs for a few kilometres before meeting the B34 at Ballyreagh. To the north the route soon crosses the C627 before eventually reaching the B46 at Dunmisk. Finally, to the north west the route runs onto a TOTSO on the C627, just south of where the latter meets the B46 at Sixmilecross.
