The C635 is another complicated grouping of roads in east County Tyrone. Starting on the C627 at Ballynahaye, the road heads east and soon comes to a junction where it continues eastward as it TOTSOs right. A branch of the C635 turns off to the south near here and returns to the C627 around a kilometre north of where the latter meets the B34. Another branch heads north directly opposite this one and meets the C634. Moving east, a further branch heads off to the south and meets the B34 at Cabragh. The main route eventually leads to Castlecaulfield where it meets the C636. The road continues from the C636 at a junction to the north and soon TOTSOs south to meet the C684 outside the village, west of Eskragh Lough.
