The C654 is a C class route in south County Tyrone. It starts on the B128 in the village of Augher and heads south into the countryside. Soon the road reaches a crossroads with a spur heading west from here to the B83 near Clogher. The C654 continues south beyond the crossroads with a separate segment of the route heading east and turning south at a TOTSO, meeting up with the main line of the route again at a crossroads near Lough na Blaney Bane. The route terminates to the south west at a junction with the B83, just a few hundred metres short of the County Monaghan border.
