The C674 is a rather complicated collection of roads in west County Tyrone. The route starts on the B72 south of Castlederg and heads west. Just beyond where the road turns south west, a spur runs across the River Derg and links to the C675 on the opposite bank. As the small village of Killeter is reached another spur heads south up over the shoulder of Crilly's Hill, negotiates a pair of TOTSOs and returns to the B72 just beyond where the Killen Burn is crossed. Soon the road comes to a T junction and the C674 continues both ahead (west) and right (north). The road heading north crosses the Derg and TOTSOs west, ascending into Killeter Forest. The C class section of the road comes to an end at Sheskinawaddy, although the road itself does continue to the border albeit with U status. The road continuing west keeps south of the Derg until eventually crossing it at Legvin. At the next junction the class III designation of the road ends and, like the Killeter Forest spur, the road itself continues to the Donegal border.
