The C67 passes through the eastern side of Dunfermline, starting on the A907 Halbeath Road and following Linburn Road south to the B916, Aberdour Road. The C67 then follows Masterton Road south, between the roundabouts, continuing on Skylark Road, which was diverted eastwards around Masterton Junction. Crossing the M90, the route soon comes to an end on the B981.
