The C713 maintained by Lincolnshire Council is a fenland drove road, east of Crowbit. It travels east from Brotherhouse Bar for just under 4km along Queen's Bank, and then turns 90 degrees to the left and heads north along Eaugate Route, performing a TOTSO at Moulton Eaugate.
An embankment and bridge was built to allow the road to cross over the A16, with no interchange.
