The C732 maintained by Lincolnshire Council is a relatively long Fenland road in Lincolnshire, split in half by a multiplex with the B1168 in Holbeach St. Johns. The western section links Holbeach St. Johns with the C713 TOTSO in Moulton Eaugate along Jekils Bank. The eastern section heads southeast, to the county boundary with Cambridgeshire Council. This section crosses the South Holland Main Drain on Bell's Bridge and over the Sutton St James Drain on Six Roads Bridge.
After the the road enters Cambridgeshire, there is a short section of unclassified road, which connects Lincolnshire's C732 with Cambridgeshire's C10.
