This article is about the Class III road numbered C75 maintained by DfI Roads. For other roads numbered C75, see C75.
The C75 commences at a roundabout on the A2 near the shore in Carrickfergus. Heading north, the road follows Albert Road and St Brides Street through the town centre, passes under the Belfast - Larne railway line and passes through the town's northern suburbs along North Road. Upon reaching the edge of the town, the road crosses the B90 at a scattered crossroads, continuing north just a short distance to the east. Now in open countryside, the road ascends inland and meets the eastern terminus of the C35. The road passes to the west of Lough Mourne Reservoir, where it TOTSOs right. Despite this, the route still heads in a northward direction until a sharp left bend sends it meandering downhill where it ends on the B99 just outside the village of Glenoe.
