|Route outline (key)|
The C77 Dubbs Road runs south from the A761 at Boglestone Roundabout, running uphill past a row of shop on the original alignment of Dubbs Road off to the right. On the left, opposite the shops, Boglestone Community Centre sits well back from the road on Dubbs Place.
Leaving the shops behind, the road passes the location of a stone arched overbridge which carried the St Enoch to Princes Pier railway at the location of Upper Port Glasgow Siding. The bridge was removed during the 1970s and a telephone exchange stands on the site of the sidings.
The road curves gently to the right, heading west past Port Glasgow Industrial Estate which straddles the road, but lies mostly on the north side. Devol housing scheme is on the south side of the road, opposite the industrial estate.
The road ends at the junction with Barrs Brae, Devol Road and Dougliehill Road, which is a continuation of Dubbs Road.
