This article is about the Class III road numbered C7 maintained by Kent Council.

For other roads numbered C7, see C7.
The C7 maintained by Kent Council is a short country road running through wooded countryside.
Starting at a roundabout with the westbound sliproads of the A2 and the C492, the C7 heads north over the A2 before connecting with the eastbound slip roads. Passing the Shorne Woods Country Park, the C7 enters the village of Shorne Ridgeway before continuing in a north-easterly direction as Pear Tree Lane. At a traffic light controlled crossroads with the A226, the C7 enters Higham before crossing the C16 in the centre of the village. The C7, now as Hermitage Road, then leaves Higham in an easterly direction passing through open fields before terminating on the Lower Rochester Road, close to the C2 and B2000.
