The C7 is another lengthy C road in south County Antrim. It starts on the B104 at Magheragall and heads briefly south before turning west at the crossroads. From here the road heads in the direction of Maghaberry and includes a 1.8km spur leading northwards back to the B104, just before passing through the village. After Maghaberry the road crosses the A26 at different junctions a short distance from each other, before coming to an end on a TOTSO with the B105 in Soldierstown just a short distance west of the A26.
