The C89 is one of the main distributor roads through the modern development of Dalgety Bay on the Fife coast. It starts, at the eastern end, on the C90, Eastern Access Road, and heads west along Moray Way North. This crosses the C90 and becomes Moray Way, which doubles back on itself in a large loop to the south, to rejoin the C90 a last time at Regents Way.
