The C8 serves the small village of Quoyloo on Orkney's West Mainland. It starts on the A967 at Linklater and heads west to Quoyloo, where it turns south to meet the B9057 near Skaill. At Quoyloo, the C8 is close to the B9056, the two routes connected by a couple of short link roads, however neither appear to be spurs or otherwise C roads.
