This article is about the Class III road numbered C974 maintained by Lincolnshire Council.
For other roads numbered C974, see C974.
For other roads numbered C974, see C974.
The C974 maintained by Lincolnshire Council is a minor road in Lincoln, providing access to the general hospial and cemetary, as well as a link between Saxilby Road and the city centre, travelling under the A46 city bypass.
It is described in the freedom of information request[1] as being:
ROADNUMBER | ROADNAME | SITE_CODE | LENGTH | ROADCLASS | PARISH | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
C974 | LONG LEYS ROAD | 23509659 | 2394.00 | C | LINCOLN | ALBION CRESCENT TO B1273 (YARBOROUGH ROAD) |
Although the road list describes the road ending at Albion Crescent, the map attached to the FOI request shows the road continuing to Saxilby Road. The length listed also corresponds to the length of the entire road, and therefore the section description is assumed to be incorrect.
