This article is about the Class III road numbered C98 maintained by North Lanarkshire Council.
For other roads numbered C98, see C98.
For other roads numbered C98, see C98.
The C98 followed Crossgates in the centre of Bellshill. This has now become the de-facto route of the A721, even if signage doesn't show this, as the old route along Motherwell Road is one-way north bound, whilst Crossgates remains two-way. Maps show both routes as part of the A721. The route starts at a roundabout with the A721 and finishes at a signalised T junction with the B7070.
