Commonhead is a grade-separated junction near Swindon, Wiltshire, connecting the A4259 and B4192 to the A419 Eastern bypass.

The junction was a T Junction called 'Common Head', where the A345 Roman Road joined the original A419 towards Swindon, before the two split shortly after. There was a filling station nearby.

It was turned into a large roundabout when the A419 bypass was built. The busy junction had space for a flyover, which was eventually provided in 2007, at a cost of £16.3m.
