Conwy Council

Conwy County Borough Council is the Highway Authority responsible for all public roads in the Conwy principal area other than those managed by the North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent (NMWTRA) on behalf of the Welsh Government.

The County Borough covers an area much larger than that of just Conwy town, and includes, for example, Llandudno and Colwyn Bay.
