Dellfield Roundabout lies on the A8082 to the east of Inverness, and is a junction with Inshes Road, the Wester Inshes Distributor Road, which leads to access to recently built housing developments in the Inshes area and onwards towards the Milton of Leys suburb. It also provides an alternative access to the Inshes Retail Park, allowing traffic from the south to bypass the busier Inshes Junction to the north. It is a simple 3 arm junction and completely unsigned.
The roundabout has a sculpture of an eagle in the central island and is often locally named with reference to this, rather than the official name which is unsigned.
