Dunston Interchange is junction 13 of the M6, and forms the southern tip of the Stafford Bypass.
It opened in August 1962, and formed the southern terminus of the motorway prior to the opening of the section to the south in 1966.
The junction layout is that of a standard two-level roundabout interchange, and is still identical today to the layout when it first opened, with no changes having been made beyond minor ones to signage.
It is mildly interesting for the fact that of the four exits from the roundabout, two are signed to Wolverhampton and two to Stafford, both via one M6 exit and one A449 exit.
