Pont Ebbw Roundabout is the Junction of the A48 to the west of the suburb of Maesglas in Newport, the B4237 and the B4239 adjacent to the River Ebbw.
The A48 runs from the Gloucester area, via Cardiff and Swansea to Carmarthen
The B4237 runs from this roundabout to the M4 Junction 24.
The B4239 runs from this roundabout to Rumney.
As part of a wider improvement of M4 J28, which lies approximately half a mile to the west along the A48, funded by the Welsh Government, Pont Ebbw Roundabout was modified in 2018 into a "hamburger junction" by providing a through route for the A48 to go through the centre of the roundabout, directly onto the Southern Distributor Road (Docks Way).
