Description:07 N4 after Mullingar bypass

For approx 2 km north of the Mullingar bypass, a section of existing S2 has been upgraded to S2+1. Unlike other recent and planned 2+1 schemes, there is no centre divider. Presumably this was done to alleviate congestion caused by the uphill gradient.
