Description:19 MPH Speed Limit

A strange speed limit sign spotted at the start of a works access road just off the B9176 (Struie Road). The access road leads to a newly constructed wind farm, which was built by a German company. Their company laws must have a speed limit of 30 KPH and converted into the UK legislation they have to show 19 mph (also note the mph underneth the spped to highlight the units.)
