Description:Taken from the attic of the former coaching inn, The Bell, Southoe.

Looking north at the notorious 'Southoe Bends'. The pub shut in 2002, but was used as a temporary morgue in the '60s as the number of fatalities here was so high.

Even once dualled, the road continued to claim casualties, finally resulting in a 60 mph limit, controlled by average speed cameras, installed in 2014.
