Description:	A38 Dobwalls bypass - July 2008 Starting in the east, this is the new westbound carriageway at Moorswater. This is looking far more advanced compared to last time, although I don't think much more will happen here until the industrial estate traffic uses the Distributor road and the A38 traffic is on the bypass.
