Description:	A4252 being reduced to D1 As a result of a girl being knocked down and killed the council is installing a pedestrian crossing. Because the central res isn't wide enough to provide a refuge it is being widened so one of the traffic lanes is being taken out instead of doing things properly and using some of the verge to widen the road.
