Description:	A494 Widening works - River Dee crossing This is the temporary road layout at the end of the works to widen the A494 and A550 between the River Dee and The Deeside Park Interchange. When the widening works take place South of the river, a new bridge will be constructed carrying the southbound carriageway. Until then - all of the traffic will use the old bridge. The bridge is dual 2-lane without hard shoulder - which goes to dual 4-lane with hard shoulder until Drome Corner (A494/A550/A548) Originally uploaded to Coppermine on Mar 10, 2005 by M4Simon
