Description:A90 Crap sign

This is the sign on the A90 Northbound, at the end of the final dual carriageway section at the South Ellon junction.

I put it here because I find it so annoying. Oldmeldrum is one word. The A90 north of here is still primary (albeit single carriageway) so it should be white/gold lettering. Why is Peterhead tacked on at the bottom?

This is a new sign that was erected when the A948 north Ellon bypass was completed, after the A92/A952 were renumbered A90.
