Description:	A traffic light and pedestrian light both showing green on Merrion Row, Dublin This is not a signal malfunction and nothing to be alarmed about! This may give the impression a potential freak accident could happen from both signals showing green however the signal head is facing the cross street (Merrion Street) while traffic on Merrion Row has been stopped so pedestrians will walk parallel with Merrion Street traffic at the same time.
