Description:Abandoned Section of A8 between Bishopton & Langbank

This abandoned stretch of A8 remains, adjacent to j31 of the M8/A8 D2 just east of Langbank. It is in suprisingly good condition but has obviously been a hang out for youths etc, with various abandoned car parts strewn about, hence why it has been bollarded with a large pile of earth behind the camera. Amazing to think this was the main artery to Inverclyde at one point
