Description:Concrete streetlights with Thorn Alpha 3 lanterns, Poole Dorset

These columns used to be a common sight on most of Poole's larger roads but most have gone having been replaced with the Thorn Alpha 2000s. This road, at Corfe Hills, probably has the very last ever batch of unsleeved concrete streetlights in the area as they are more likely to disappear soon.
