Description:Concrete streetlights with Thorn Alpha 8 lanterns, Poole Dorset

These columns are possibly made by Concrete Utilities. These streetlights, in the Poole suburb of Canford Heath, are mostly lit with Thorn Alpha 8 lanterns though the original lanterns were the GEC Z8526. Most of these streetlights, in this area, already have been replaced with the post top Alpha 2000s as shown earlier.
