Description:	Davis Starline GR70 on a sleeved GEC column in Crescent Road, Birchington I was wrong about this lantern - it's a Davis Starline GR70, not a Beta 79 (thanks Sotonsteve!) and I've photographed plenty of other examples around Birchington side streets! I think the whole of Crescent Road was lit by these at one time, but all the other columns on the road have P567s and SGS101s fitted - presumably retrofits at some point. UPDATE: Crescent Road has also become a victim of the Mini-Iridium, but strangely at a later date to Albion Road and Alpha Road. Originally uploaded to Coppermine on Jun 10, 2008 by Rojojnr
