Description:	New 6m post-top steel columns with Holophane V-Max (LED) lanterns. This is along Dark Lane on the outskirts of Featherstone. The previous street lights were 4 to 5 metre concrete columns with a mixture of GEC Z9530Ms (LPS/S0X), Urbis Altras (fluorescent) and WRTL 2500s (fluorescent).
