Description:	This is along the A457 in Smethwick, right on the Birmingham and Sandwell border. The street lights in the background are in Birmingham, and the old 1960s Stewart & Lloyd columns I think used to belong to Birmingham as well at one time, but now Sandwell council have taken over and installed new Philips Unistreet 2s. The previous lanterns were small shoe Philips MA50s.
