Description:	This is in Brownhills along the A5. Seen here are more modern 12m steel columns. Couple of them in the foreground are post-top with 8-chevron Holophane V-Max (LED), and the other couple in the background are geared big-shoe Philips MA60s (SOX/LPS) mounted on to brackets. These street lights would have replaced older 12m columns with older MA60s, which I think happened some time around 2016.
