Description:	Along the A456 on the outskirts of Halesowen, with a 50 mph speed limit. The street lights along here used to have longer brackets with deep-bowled Urbis ZX3 (SON/HPS), but earlier this year the outreach arms were removed and lanterns got changed for Philips Digistreets (LED).
