This is a new 12m steel column along the Bridgnorth Road (A454) in South Staffs. The lantern is now this older looking Philips Traffic-Vision (HPS/SON) which I think has been re-used. Previously the old lantern was a Thorn Civic (HPS/SON) from what I remember, and the old column was the same height and had the same looking bracket as this new one, but the only difference is that it was painted light green. As for the other street light in the background, thats a shorter and older 10m column painted light green with a Philips MA50 (LPS/SOX).
