Description:	Small Heath Bypass (A45) in Birmingham. Older grey steel 12m column with an outreach twin bracket, with an older Thorn Alpha 3 on the right arm and a newer Indal Airtrace on the left arm. Its nice to actually still see a few Alpha 3s around, now that they're becoming quite rare.
